Pageant times may vary according to number of contestants. Please be ready to compete at least 10 minutes prior to the divisions scheduled time. We reserve the right to combine any age division with less than 3 contestants. There must be 3 contestants in the age division to award the CASH prize.

Rules and Regulations: We the parents and/or guardian of the above named contestant do hereby release the Tazewell County Fair Association, Pageant Directors, and Pageant Facility from any and all claims of damages directly or indirectly resulting from the named contestant participating in this pageant. All contestants competing must be of good moral character with no previous or pending criminal charges. I agree to follow all the rules and behave in a good sportsmanship manner. All ties will be broken on the natural beauty score. If there is still a tie after this is tabulated, the score sheets will be handed back to the judges so they can break the tie. ALL JUDGES’ DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

Jr. Miss and Miss will compete in High Fashion and Evening Gown. They will announce themselves in the High Fashion portion of the pageant.
